Daily Mantra

Dear Heather,

I am writing this note to tell you that you have so many adventures ahead of you. To help you find balance & ensure that you take care of yourself I am creating a list of tasks that you should strive to complete everyday.

DAILY MANTRA:

  • MEDITATE FIRST THING IN MORNING
  • STRETCH
  • DRINK TEA OR SMOOTHIE
  • CREATE DAILY ACTION LIST
  • DO NOT CHECK E-MAIL UNTIL THESE ARE DONE
  • LOOK AT VISION BOARD IN MORNING & NIGHT
  • REACH OUT TO ONE PERSON/ DAY TO SEND THEM POSITIVITY
  • READ 30 MINUTES OF PLEASURE BOOK EVERYDAY 

As with everything else, be flexible but use this as a daily guide to ensure that you are taking care of yourself first.

To better serve others we must take time to recharge ourselves..

Emotionally, Physically, & Emotionally are all key factors
